Tickets are transferable to another person (21 and over); should you encounter a schedule conflict or illness, all programs are recorded for post-event viewing.
If an "act of God” (a storm, power outage, a swarm of killer bees) interrupts the tasting event, there are no refunds. Your purchase of a ticket reserves your spot and due to the inherent perishable nature of our events (wines are limited and perishable) it is for these reasons (much like a concert ticket or plane ticket) that our cancellation policy must protect us from any losses. The margins we are working on are tiny and the products we provide are top quality.

There are no refunds or guarantees of on-time delivery with delivery services at this time, and therefore wines/tasting kits are not guaranteed to arrive in time for your scheduled tasting.
Wine is packaged the night before any/all tasting events; wines are selected and poured FRESH and to best suit the needs of the class/experience.
In a case where wine kits arrive after your scheduled tasting event, you will still be provided the option to participate live or watch the recording post-event.
Of course, Merchantofwine.com does its best to get your wine tasting kits to arrive in time, and maintains an over 95% success rate.
Adult signature is required to receive your wine tasting kit; if you miss your delivery, you may need to call the carrier to see if you can pick it up or arrange for an ideal solution.
You will be provided with a tracking number and it is always a good idea to call the provider and make them aware of any special access needs, or to schedule a pick up.
Neither MerchantofWine.com nor LearnAboutWIne.com can service missed deliveries.
